A Mighty big idea

Mighty began in 2015 when a Pittsburgh real estate agent thought about the process for home buying and the amount of repairs, contractor scheduling and client scheduling and cried exhaustedly “There has to be a better way!”. Coming up with the scaffolding that would eventually become Mighty, Jen Yosef was brought on board and quickly ran with this idea. Doing vigorous user research and embedding herself in the real estate world, she quickly discovered agents pain points and thought: a smart technology in the closing process could be MIGHTY powerful and thus Mighty in its modern form was born.




Mighty is a tool used by real estate agents to help them close faster. We pride ourselves on providing regionally-accurate home repair estimates in the shortest amount of time possible. So they can close faster and sell more.
In late 2019, Mighty partnered with the 4th largest brokerage in the nation, Howard Hanna, to help facilitate an environment where agents could assist their clients in negotiating confidently and close more deals, faster. Fast forward to today, and Mighty has helped hundreds of agents successfully close deals and reduce the rate of fall-through due to home inspection issues.
